About

The aim of this digital portal is to support interconnection and communication between public authorities and economic operators, providing them with information regarding:

• the regulatory framework related to the development of eFTI,
• the interconnection and interoperability specifications, which will be approved by the European Commission, defining detailed rules and procedures for the exchange, access, and processing of information by the parties involved,
• the European and International standards for the exchange of electronic messages and data,
• the functional requirements that will apply to eFTI platforms.

The digital portal was developed by a research team of the University of Piraeus, as part of the project “Supporting the creation and development of a Knowledge and Innovation Community for the Blue Economy in Piraeus” (kics.gr), aiming to highlight and strengthen different branches of the Blue Economy in the Municipality of Piraeus.
